Warranty and Return Policy
Unless otherwise specified, all of our products sold in our website are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship.
Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for three months from the purchase day under normal use. A replacement, if sent, does not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
A replacement or refund will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect. This warranty does not extend to devices, such as computers. We shall not be hold responsible for the improper use of our product(s).
If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us through order@au-pc-part.com within fifteen (15) days of purchase. We reserve the right to charge twenty-five percent (25%) of purchase price as restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns, and the shipping charge will be deducted from the purchase price.
All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon requesting through order@au-pc-part.com. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
Please ensure that returned items are the one that you purchased from us. We are not responsible for any item sent to us that is not our product.
In returning items to us, C.O.D. on shipments will not be accepted.
